SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS PRODUCT IS RECIEVED DAMAGED
EXCEPTIONS MAY BE MADE IF INCORRECT INVENTORY IS MAILED TO YOU
If you have received damaged/incorrect goods, please contact us and we may offer a refund or credit for the price of the item. Replacement items will only be re-shipped in certain circumstances, Otherwise a refund or credit will be applied to your account.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us withing 48 hours of receiving your package.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items are final and will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Cancelling an order You can email us at Sales@frontierflies.ca to cancel you order as long as you have not been notified that your order has been processed or shipped. If your order has already been fulfilled or shipped out we are unable to cancel your order at that time.
Refunds (If Applicable - damaged/incorrect goods)
We may request a photo or a return of the damaged/incorrect item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be added to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If you do not see your refund:
Double check your bank statement
Contact your credit card company. Refunds may take some time to show up on your statement.
Contact your bank. There is often a processing time before refunds will appear on your statement.

All shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the event that a Frontier Flies product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Frontier Flies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Frontier Flies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Frontier Flies shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
