Shipping policy

Please be aware that Canada Post does not always come with tracking.

The FREE Shipping option is sent via our standard Canadian postal delivery service. Delivery lead-times for most of Canada is Generally 3-9 days (plus processing time, depending on your location).

Reporting Undelivered Packages or Slow Deliveries: If your package does not show up withing 28 working days then please report this to us at that time. We allow up to 60 days to report undelivered mail or packages. Reports of late or non delivered packages outside this time period would be deemed as delivered and will not be refunded.

If you were notified that your package was delivered but you have not received it please contact the DELIVERY SERVICE. Shipping labels are printed directly from the information you provided through Shopify, and mail delivery error has likely occurred through the delivery service. If you received a tracking number with your shipment, please notify the delivery service and they will be able to assist you.

STANDARD & FREE SHIPPING: Generally 2-9 Days (Allow 2-3 days for processing)

EXPRESS SHIPPING: Generally 1-2 Days (Allow 2-3 days for processing)

Orders can take 2-3 business days to process. Shipping times vary dependent on location and may take up to 30 days to receive.
